1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled in the customer portal until fulfilment

2. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return process

You have 14 days to return the item after requesting a return in the customer portal.

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs and any expenses incurred in connection with the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
